At Medical Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fashion medical apparel and accessories. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer of your choice.
Ship the Items
Affix the pre-paid label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
